It’s really really really hard. For me (a person that is again, on and off the wagon a TON but at one point lost 50 lbs) I found that finding bulky options that were still low in calorie helpful. I’m in total agreement but I’m curious what that would do to the “body” of the ice cream. I know sugar makes it freeze ‘wetter’ but curious what a higher fat percentage (compared to the whole) would do.

Yeah, as someone who is constantly off/on the wagon of eating less- I honestly think that Halo Top is for folks who need to eat ice cream AND are people who don’t do moderation as well (which is sometimes me!).

I think Gwen fumbles at egg rolls specifically (I’d think that a beef and broccoli would be a smarter choice if you wanted to stay with Chinese) but her other picks are so good, that to me, she wins by a landslide.

This really does feel like you’ve found the best case scenario. Getting real mail does make you feel loved. It even would make them laugh (if it’s a postcard from basically the town you live in) and feel remembered and loved. And your goober gets to feel important and part of it all.

If you can’t say or remember the name, Japanese snack mix might be a better alternative since these crunchy bits of heaven are Japanese rice crackers.
