They literally abandoned google fiber in Louisville after burying lines 2 inches higher then recommended and tearing up the roads. It’s even mentioned in this article. Maybe I’m incredibly bitter since I’m in Kentucky as well (not in Louisville, but I still really care about it.)

Too poor for a newer car/old car runs fine and they don’t need a newer car would be my first answer since I drove cassettes around for a good long time. In some ways I miss them (well only because when that car got totaled in a wreck I forgot to get my very good cassette collection out of it because I am stupid.) 

I’d probably agree with you unless they only have a cassette player in their car or something. 

I feel like when she’s working with others (Rilo Kiley, Jenny and Johnny, and Rabbit Fur Coat (since it features the watson twins I’m going to say that it’s not solo?)) I think she’s better. This is the way for a lot of people. Stevie Nicks is fine solo, but she’s no Rumours (or even Tusk) solo.

I really like listening to whole albums (well, not so much “because of the parameters” but I agree with her that that’s the way to fall in love with an album and if you need cassettes or CDs to not wander around, that’s fine) Is the cassette too precious?

Yeah, I think it has to be consumed basically out of the hand of the person working the drive thru because it loses it’s crunch almost instantly. The nacho cheese also causes this.
