You put the best burger in the worst spot and I’ll never forgive.
You put the best burger in the worst spot and I’ll never forgive.
I totally understand.
I’m with you 1000%.
Opening up a kindle app or a pdf of a book while waiting for the doctor instead of checking facebook really is great and I’d recommend it to anyone.
I’m pretty sure over half the folks on the Loseit subreddit (one of the most supportive weight loss places out there) uses Happy Scale (ios) or Libra (android).
Data points are really interesting! Your strange morning ritual really appeals to me. Maybe a great way for me to get over the hatred I have of the blood pressure cuff.
Android equivalent is Libra and while I’m way back up on weight now that i’m off the wagon, it helped me with the issues you’re describing a lot back when I was much more motivated/disciplined.
I’d say you’re right about celebrating and tracking “Non-Scale” victories! They’re in many ways much more important that a number, but I think it’s an important way to track over time and turning something that gives some people a lot of anxiety (your weight) into a data point FOR ME made it less triggering for lack…
A good android equivalent to Happy Scale is Libra. It’s what I use.
I use Libra. It’s not got all the features Happy Scale does, but it’s still very lovely and free! And you can export the data if you want.
Or you get a call center job and then your grandpa dies and leaves you a farm and BOOM the sequel is Stardew Valley.
It’s neat. Do you at least get to eat the biscuits too? Or do the house spirits get them all?
The Wachowskis siblings are both transwomen and also made The Matrix.
This is so interesting. Is making biscuits for spirits a thing?
:(
This is a beautiful story.
Thanks for the info. I knew that it was more than me just not being as good of a cook as the restaurant.
Am I crazy or are most asian recipes made with smaller thinner skinned eggplant? Like, I don’t like eggplant at the store, but the smaller ones from the good chinese place, I’d kill for.
He might have an editor?
Well, yes. That’s also bad.
