We already got a plot about Ellen aging through the Shakespeare canon, though. I don't know if prequel or sequel makes more sense, but I'd prefer something in the same universe at a very different point in time for sure.

I know you're joking but Sepinwall's review compared S2 of this show to S2 of Fargo or True Detective, and all I could think was that it's much closer to S2 of Homeland, with the Elliot/Mr. Robot relationship as the Carrie/Brody plot that they need to ditch to move forward, but just can't bring themselves to.
