The Edison at Disney springs is good, especially without kids, just avoid T-Rex and Rainforest Cafe, the food at both is mediocre at best. And don’t miss Sanaa at Animal Kingdom Lodge Kidani Village. It is seriously the best restaurant on property

Port Orleans is a great resort and has a boat to Disney Springs too. Since you have a dining plan check these out, make sure you take full advantage of the dining plan
