So glad to hear this show is back to the brilliance it can do. There is close to no other show that not only has so much diversity in it's cast, but also genuinely develops and cares for these diverse characters.

I think the reason this movie, and others like it, work is because although the film is filled with obvious comedy parts, the film plays everything straight. The actions of Robin Williams's character (which is played mostly for comedy) has serious ramifications for him and his family, and the movie doesn't back down…

That is exactly why I enjoy this movie so much. It has glorious comedic moments thanks to Mr. Williams whom I love. And then would continually hit me hard with the serious emotional beats. These extra deleted scenes have already made me tear up.
