@MasterNinja: I think it may be like Oblivion where the world levels up around you. Although it was never really challenging at all, even the behemoths weren't much of a challenge. Most the time I had to worry about Dogmeat getting himself killed instead of myself.

@Madeira: I had fun playing it at first and would probably have declared it game of the year then, but by the end I was getting very sick of it. And now even thinking about playing it again is completely unappetizing.
