I forgot that he was in The Jackal, too. Another movie where I was like, "It's that guy again." :)

Another fun time capsule for her is the Star Trek: Voyager episode Future's End when she's playing Rain Robinson, a cute S.E.T.I. scientist. That's the first thing I can remember seeing her in and thinking she was totally cute.
When High Fidelity came out Jack Black had already achieved "It's that guy" status to me. He was "that guy" in the X-Files episode D.P.O. with Giovanni Ribisi (another "that guy" actor for me at the time), he was "that guy" in Mars Attacks (his immediate surrendering of the flag to the Martians cracked me up), he was…
And now you have Netflix's Bojack Horseman where a woman has sex with a horse. Granted he's a former 90s sitcom star so you can't blame her. :)
Bowfinger is such an underrated movie. I loved it back when it came out. I need to dig it up and watch it again. Thanks for the reminder article.

I love the original Ghostbusters, but I honestly think a full reboot with
no continuity to past movies is a bigger mistake. I always thought the
best way to go would be to make a new movie about a stand-alone
Ghostbusters franchise in a new city, with Dan Ackroyd's Ray Stantz
making a brief James Bondian Q-like…
We had very similar experiences with sci-fi growing up. I'm just a couple of years older. I remember loving Maximilian as a kid, too, and mostly liking The Black Hole but being totally confused by the ending. I just re-watched it about a year ago and after it ended, I was like, "Ok, good. It wasn't just because I was…
