I think Kotaku made the character creator look bad by showing the ugliest designs from the stream. The new character creator looks super realistic and I can't wait to make a really rad human warrior in it. The more I hear the more I'm sure Inquisition will actually be great.

Me too. Bioware has taken people too literally and often times they just take the easy route out when there's negative feedback. "Ugh, I wish there would be more RPG elements again" (player referring to the lack of freedom and customization in ME)
