I think you're being delusional if you think 720p 60fps is impressive. Several Xbox 360 games and PS3 games run in the same resolution and it's only a matter of time before every next-gen game runs 1080P 30 or 60fps.

There were some things that bugged me because the second one was dumbed down overall in terms of gameplay and open-endedness, but ultimately ME2 was a much more satisfying game. I liked almost everything about it, even the dry plot.
