Saw Danko at the Halifax On Music festival in 1996 and it remains probably the most fun show I've ever seen. The band was tight and Danko was (alive and) on fire.
Actually, "D'yer Ma'ker" was a pastiche/rip-off of "Angel Baby" by Rosie & the Originals. This is why they put "Whatever happened to Rosie & the Originals" on the lyric sheet.
