I know you probably mean well but there’s a large % of women who really hate being called “females”.

I use the No S system. Three meals a day, no sweets, no seconds, no snacks except sometimes on days that start with S. Saturday, Sunday, special occasions. There is a great No S website that lays it out. I had disordered eating for years and now I'm free. And slowly losing weight.
