You can't ban violence.

Where were the teachers when these kids were being bullied? Sorry but it is about them now and then.

The parents of the bullies know what is going on and are just glad their kids are on top.

And often the victim is punished equally to the people bullying just to "handle it".

And how realistic is it that the techno guy would get involved in that way?
