Much of what you said I agree with, but what's up with her rejection of Joanie. Who wouldn't want to be with their young daughter instead of working at a restaurant and living in a dump? And, by the same token, does it make sense that Noah would embrace fatherhood with her—-seems out of character even if he thought…

If Allison felt so guilty that Joanie wasn't Noah's why wouldn't she tell Cole. And her even being there at the wedding, as well as Helen was ridiculous—I don't care what the circumstances were. How could Cole and Luisa even have a moment.

He almost forced Helen to drive and he knew she wasn't capable—I don't think that's innocence. He should have used his cell to call someone when he realized he couldn't even drive as he was apparently out of his mind drunk.

This makes no legal sense.
