My mom also used to play this record sometimes and it drove me up the wall until we saw the show live together (in '95). What a great time!

I'm sad that it's over, but happy that we got 3 seasons of it. It was nearly perfection.

I know "best" implies just one, but how can someone pick one best TV show from this year? I was hoping for a couple runner ups :)

I was on the other end of the UTU2TM show when a bunch of UTU2TM audience members came into the Dead Authors Podcast I was at and PFT scolded them for being late :P

Maybe the only funny thing that happened in the whole series.

*Sigh* I had the biggest crush on him on Doogie Howser. It's been great seeing him almost all over the place in so many other things. (And I love Sgt. Bilko!)

Isn't that what happened in the book? Doakes lived but was horribly disfigured. (And dated Deb, if I remember right)

Well he did have to find someone to watch the baby, so…

I don't understand how someone could still have so much faith in the show up to the last season, and then panic like that. It was so bad for so long before that.

This might be my favorite comment ever on AV Club. Congrats(?).

I was sure you were wrong, but you're right: "A 14-minute video showing Jackson in a Halloween-themed performance was first shown on December 2, 1983." (wikipedia) Can't argue with how successful the video is, but wild that they didn't release it until 5 weeks after Halloween.

Why on earth would they do such a thing?

I loved him on Running Wilde, too.

I guess I should have said "currently my favorite working theory" because it's completely bonkers, but who knows with this god damned show.

The idea I read about a tunnel under the dumpster is currently my favorite working theory.

Marry me.

The Dexter Holland podcast was the only Nerdist podcast I have made it all the way through in a long time. He steps on people constantly and never shuts up.

"…and I'm some lady!"
