Glad I’m not the only one... Reddit had me concerned for a second that my GPU was imploding before my eyes.

I’m running the latest drivers from nvidia but i’m frame rate is still at 90fps at the best of times before completely tanking to 7-9fps. If disabling g-sync doesn’t work, I’ll try messing around with drivers.
That might be it. Running an nvidia gtx980, i7 4790k and 16gb of 2400mhz ram so I should be fine. New monitor is an acer predator with g-sync, I’ll disable that and see what it does.
I’m having huge issues getting to run a stable frame rate even though the game defaults to ultra for me. I’ve adjusted settings and everything, uninstalled, reinstalled, but I can’t get it to run with out dropping into single-digit fps.
I’m a straight male and I’m not sure how I can respond to this. Like, it’s a really good costume, don’t get me wrong. But how do I adequately address the issue that the emphasis on the chest in this costume seems to add sexuality to the character that wasn’t in the original design?
How is someone supposed to respond to this, then? I mean, I can say it’s a cool costume and well done, but I can’t say that the boobs are a bit too much? Like, she’s objectifying the character of Mercy by making a costume that focuses primarly around her breasts. When can I viewer of cosplay say, “Hey that’s pretty…
All these games on sale is like my “whole-lotta-nope” favorite list. God. You guys that play this scary stuff are a different league.
Don’t shoehorn yourself into a particular morality either. There are no real *good* guys and no real *bad* guys. I made that mistake and missed a lot of good content on my first playthrough.
This WWI experiment has somehow changed how I view shooters. I didn’t know I could be shaken by something like this. I mean, as a gamer I’m routinely exposed to shocking stuff, especially if you play shooters with any regularity. But this...this is so different. Maybe it’s that it’s portrayed as more a reenactment…
I should be playing BF1 or Titanfall 2, but probably skyrim on PC. Never got into the mods. Guess I will now.
Primarina’s special move.... sucks. It’s so specific and only really handle in a few situations. At least the other two have a much better, all-purpose moves.
Stephen, in terms of the blacklist from Bethesda and Ubisoft: Does the Gawker Media fiasco of the past year have anything to do with this cold shoulder?
GTO owner here, too. East Coast is starting to see prices appreciate a bit for the 05-06 ls2 goats. Mine has 92k on the clock with a clean title and I wouldn’t hesitate listing it for 18k, even with the winter weather coming up. Only reason to buy a sub 10k goat is is you’re looking for something to swap an LS3…
What’s getting me is not the designs but how life-like each pokemon animates. Looks like they’ve really done an excellent job making each pokemon emote and move in it’s own unique way, adding a certain personality that the pokemon games lacked in previous gens.
Played it for 4 hours, had to wait in line for 30 minutes to use a laptop and then someone blocked the door doing jumping jacks. I put the game on my shelf and never touched it again.
I’d give anything for a mature monster catching game. Why did FF have to go all chibi as soon as it went to monster catching? Ain’t nobody gonna dethrone pokemon in cutesy monster-stuff, I don’t care if it’s on a different system or not.
I generally run assault or medic in other bf games, but this is the first time my main is sniper. That shot “sweet range” effect is something else, especially in operations when you have both a clear idea of where the enemy is coming from and where they’re going to.
Great review, I largely agree. I’m hoping that with such a great campaign, they’ll offer some new ones in the future via expansions; these mini-campaigns were largely excellent, poignant and very, very different. It’s probably been since MH:Frontlines that I’ve had to pick my jaw up off the floor after the opening…
I’ve picked up a Wii U and everyone iteration of the DS and 3DS, and I \two screen gaming didn’t change the way I played like I thought it would. Sure, some stuff was pretty cool, like in SM3dW when you’re playing with other people, or in Splatoon where you could launch across the map. Most games though only used it…
I can’t see Fox taking the risk of having the Wolverine franchise headed by a woman. Not that I don’t think that it’s the right move; it totally makes sense from a story perspective. Fox just doesn’t have the best history of switching things up.
