I would have gone with Valve seeing as they make incredibly polished games with incredibly good stories and characters.

@Altima NEO: except of course it is the publishers that have the money to fund the project. They take all the risk. If a game fails the publisher can lose everything while the game developers can leave and move on.

I would have to go with The Spirit as the worst film. Street Fighter was at least so bad it was funny and cheesey. The Spirit was horribly bad and boring.
