@pupaboy3: Apple ripped off Microsoft's Windows Mobile platform. Apple should try to do something original for a change.

So, new facebook updates huh?

@hameed67: Microsoft probably wants the publicity. Since when have they measured up to Apple's iron fisting measures?

@redpoint: With the recession, people/businesses are opting for cheaper more affordable CAD programs. This is their way of expanding to that small 6% of users, who a very small percentage of that 6% might actually use CAD.

@ColinStein: Brawl is notorious for having a horrible online experience. Nintendo should have given out free DVDs to owners that contain just brawl online with all its fixes.

@gurfinki: All true. If you have trouble with the Wii, chances are you're going to have trouble with a lot of other devices because they're all very similar when connecting to the internet. The Wii does require an extra step (it doesn't just have a pop-up notification on available networks!) like 80% of all wireless

I know a lot of engineers, a lot. None of them use Macs. Maybe they're wife or kids have an itouch but they do not. It's like seeing an engineer buy monster cables for their TV. What's the point of this? Why don't they port autocad to the PS3!? It would probably be more practical! Introduce CAD to the younger crowd,

@Rick Lyon: Because It's Not Google. BING.

This may finally replace the aging old iPAQ PDA I still see at Fry's electronics if HP makes a PDA or tablet with Web OS.

@Luke Bennett: Yet nothing in the article explained why this was news relating to video games. Just the usual awe about Apple's magical announcement. I had to explain it myself in my comment as to why it's related so my comment isn't labelled as just a complaint.

This is on Kotaku? Okay, the question that should be asked is, what games will be on the iTV, will this be Apple's game console? Bad questions, but at least it's video game related. I thought this was a video game blog? Apple seems to get all the attention yet they are probably the most unfriendly to video games as a

They beat us to the DSi XL. I know, it's Greek.

@Bs Baldwin: Did you even read the first sentence of the article? "Thomas Edison was not an inventor for the love of the game. 'I always invented to obtain money to go on inventing,' he said. For a tireless mind like that, a lab had to be far more than a lab."

@jamjen: When government HAS invented something, who was responsible for that invention? Private sector individuals who have already made a name for themselves and created a fortune either before they worked for the government or after. Case in point: Albert Einstein. And probably Thomas Edison had he lived long

This is part of the reason why I think we shouldn't tax our rich citizens too much (like, over 35%), because they build awesome things like this that create great ideas and inventions!
