How is anyone being “So quick to defend him”, this rumor has been floating around for 5+ years with not a single piece of detail, or even an annoymous accusation directly at CK, and Kirkman specifically called out Jez for promulgating the rumor with reference to CK based on her comments.
Jez, I love you, but this horse seems confusingly beyond dead. I absolutely believe in believing the victims, but... Kirkman straight up said it’s not him two years ago, and specifically called out Jezebel for spreading these rumors:
OK, let’s start with some elemental necessities: who’s the accuser I’m supposed to believe?
Not true, at least for me. I’d be uncomfortable condemning anyone if the only evidence of wrongdoing was second and third-hand rumors, and if the supposed sources of those accusations started directly refuting them.
Kirkman said it wasn’t Louis CK, so how about we leave his equine corpse alone? These are rumors and rumors only without any substantiated evidence. This bad game of telephone is how details get distorted and people get careers ruined without good reason.
Allegedly...he once masturbated in front of Peter Thiel while Hulk Hogan videotaped in portrait mode.
In an interview with the New York Times on September 11, Louis C.K. declined to discuss
Somehow, Jada Pinkett-Smith’s statement is actually more insufferable. She’s trying on religions to seem worldly and open/accepting.
Jada, everyone knows your husband is gayer than Christmas and is on that Travolta plan. Come on.
If America was honest, this picture would be on the $10 bill.
I’ve always thought she was the best voice actor on the show (which is saying something because it’s a talented cast.)
I met her at a book signing in like 2007 and when I told her my name she said, “You’re shittin’ me,” and asked to see my driver’s license. (It was admittedly weird of me to ask her to make it out to my full name.)
Plus she’s spectacular as Princess Carolyn on BoJack Horseman.
Big Little Lies does not need a direct sequel. Instead of making one, why not adapt another Moriarty novel with (most of) the same cast in new roles?
I would more accurately say: unfortunately that’s what the US insatiable appetite for drugs has done to Mexico.
Yeah, I was mentally preparing myself for the responses, but they actually weren’t bad this time.
