Go to Maryland's RenFest and you will indeed see jousting where the point is to de-horse someone. I have seen some wicked falls there and wonder why anyone would do this.

The party with no logic strikes again. Multiple fouls of logic here - like I bet the guy watched movies and TV, ate pizza, and wore shoes - we better monitor all that stuff too - you know because one might lead to being a mass murder.
It probably does mean that - but this is not a trend I want to see start. I mean what if they charge later for this MP content? And what a great way to kill MP before it starts with this idea. Based on the last dead island game I don't think people will preorder, it'll be more wait and see if it's good. I hope…
While it had its share of flaws, the first dead island was pretty good - need some polish and debugging but they had some good ideas and it showed promise. Then well - the second one came out and they seemed to leave all the broken stuff from the first game and broke the things that were good about the first game.
Well - I still have my expectations, however you're right, news is more about entertainment than facts these days.
This - 1000 times this - is what the media ought to be talking about. Both points. Why is gun laying around unsecured in a house with children and why is he playing a game for adults? The kid should not have had either in the first place. Parenting failures, and probably not the only two going on.
You're probably being sarcastic - but - it depends. Ever notice you can't photograph in most art museums?
What the picture is is irrelevant. Images are licensed by use. Say you want to print a poster - you pay a fee based on the size of the image and the distribution of the poster (how many are likely to see it). For broadcast or unlimited use, it can get expensive in a hurry. WHo the photographer is matters as well. …
All businesses (even Sony) are here to make money. How to best make money? Listen to your customers. If a business see something going down a bad road they have a responsibility to change. Too many dig in their heels and refuse to right the ship. Blockbuster? Newspapers? Blackberry? All suffered/ing from not…
I have never been a fan of the Sony xmb navigation systems. Even my blu ray players has a form of it and I hate it. I was really hoping they would take the new hardware as a time to evolve here instead of tweak.
Aren't all games that aren't all FPS, Action and Adventure games in the 10-15 hour range. I don't think I'd want them longer really. I prefer a short but well done and engaging story than a long one with filler, backtracking, crappy save points that make you replay a lot, and grind to jjust extend play time.
I've got my XboxOne pre-ordered. I freely admit to being a gadget geek an dgetting stuff early. I also think games like Watchdog and Ghost are probably meant to be played on the new hardware, with the 360/PS3 versions being scaled back to run. It could be wishful thinking on my part though.
Problem with Wii U is most of them were multiplats from the current gen, often at least a year old. These are upcoming games.
I'm a little disappointed by the review- but I'll still get the game. Largely because there is so little out and I'll play the heck out of Co-op and MP in addition to a run the SP story.
I just can't follow the premise here. Really if you are 'broke' you aren't getting either system. One might cost more, but they are both expensive luxury items and really if you can't afford an Xbox One you probably can't really afford a PS4 either. At least not at the launch/early adopter phase.
Realistically - does it matter? once gaming online is behind the pay wall what difference does it make? I think most people play online and since both require it in the next round how many people does it affect? I get the console to game (still undecided on which this time) so I'll pay for one of their services. …
Intersting fact - most people don't care because they have multiple other devices that can Skype
Is this anything more than a technicality? If you are playing games and want to share share stuff online you are most likely playing (at least some) games online like racing or fps games. So technically you can do it on a PS4 but you are likely paying anyways to play online so it is a non point besides Sony being…
When one of the major problems of the console is brand confusion and that bran confusion presents itself in an ad - then yes, it is fair game for a story that illustrates the point.
I have completely ignored the trading cards - are they anything useful/fun/good?
