Or you know, you could just put more money down and finance less....

Nah, Splinter got it right. She’s just a lying piece of shit with a victim complex.

I’m still the same person.

She sounds and acts like an 8 year old that didn’t get picked for wallball at recess

You’re working too hard to be disappointed in this.

Tesla, because they ignore decades of user interaction experience in favor of a (cheaper) touchscreen that does it all. And because they “inspired” all the other manufacturers to do the same buttonless, soulless touchscreen-focused interior.

Tesla, because Elon.

Chrysler & FIAT - now a two-fer. Most were convertibles and all were less than half a car.

Tesla. Too much focus on ADAS-forward design, giant tablets, unnecessarily simple physical controls and interior design, and I don’t want to be associated with Tesla-Stans. When they first came out with the original Tesla Roadster I had a lot of hope that their designs would be Driver-focused. Damn was I disappointed

My Dad once owned a Dodge Diplomat, he complained so much about how horrible that car was that I’ve never been able to consider a Dodge product without seriously second guessing the reliability. He would see a Dodge and then talk about that terrible Dodge he once owned, he was still complaining until he died in 2019.

Sadly, this is what happens when studios and media companies are run by investor-minded Wall Street types, MBAs, hedge fund managers, etc. Big entertainment in the US has always been run by ambitious, greedy types, but I get the impression that many of those (especially in the formative years) actually liked or even lo

Yeah, this could easily just be an app rather than a physical object.

That is so useless, really. If those become an actual product ( hopefully they won’t but they already surpassed their kickstarted goal) it will take someone probably 5 minutes to hack the software/app and make the photos available right away to anyone who wants them. In fact, it will probably be as easy as changing

I’ve often wondered “is there some way I can wind back the benefits of 30 years of technology and use an inferior product without getting any actual benefits?”

Didn’t she spend the better part of a decade wasted? I’m not making fun of her for being an addict, BUT I suspect that has more to do with her failure to secure work than whether she has kids or not.

Yup. Before I saw the headline I thought it might be a pic of Bryan Cranston in the last stages of Walter White’s cancer.

You know, considering how awful and intrusive Kotaku’s ads are on mobile, I think it’s kind of hilarious to see you calling out what is fairly benign (albeit also still pretty crappy) compared to your own site’s ads, which are massive and page engulfing.

the mobile site works fine ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ i’ve never used anything else

Wow, he’s 46? I’m 45 and live a pretty unhealthy lifestyle and I look 10+ years younger than the guy (and that may be an understatement). Not exactly selling us on the benefits of being anti-vaxx and so on there dude.

Still a better bet than driving in Maryland.
