Right! SCOTUS is not wrong - this is something Congress should address. Except Congress is completely broken and far more interested in settling grudges, political theater and won’t tackle this because it would me hurting their reelection funding.

So thinking of this as a sports league and business - the play ask is for a pool of nearly $5M in pay for the LCSPA teams. I’d love to know how much the esport side brings in cause that number could be crazy money - or it could be peanuts. It all depends on the revenue from the esport league (not Riot’s overall

No I legit skip the content on those back to back 15s and go to some other video.

13000 is a lot of one stars so probably a bunch of that is bombing. But I am sure there are some legit ones too.

The rate increase needed to cover the cost of recover from these large fires must be more than think people will/can pay

Well review bombing or legit bad reviews? It isn’t all that great. It put it on the low end of the scale on these live action Disney remakes. If were to rate it I’d give it 5 out 10. Its far too long - the kids were restless and got bored by the end. Its all dark - also not great for kids movies. And it sort feels

I thought part of the problem was streaming has strayed from residuals model and instead used a flat fee model to host a particular show. They pay - they have the show in library in the hopes this drives subscription revenue to maintain the library. A big hook for this model is exclusivity and ensure another stream

Bugs aside - its not surprising its not getting a warm reception. Never once in development has this looked like something fun to play. Mostly it made me and my gaming friends ask - who wanted this? or simply - why? The audience for a gollum game even if well made had to be incredibly small. Of all the things to

It isn’t the printing of the disc that cost them (although there is a cost for discs, cases, inserts etc.) - its the storage, shipping and logistics of getting the discs to retail or distributed through amazon or something where the cost is.

Inflation reduces discretionary spending which does lead to lower sales on optional items like games.

Root cause is bad management. If you are cutting 50% of your work force you hired too many in the first place. There is also probably some bad debt management and over borrowing as interest rates climb. And as inflation rises and discretionary spending falls that is likely impacting sales.

An unskipable 30 sec ad means I would skip the content. YouTube is fun but nothing worth that level of ad to sit through.

You need a dose of Kpop in here -

Dont F-150 Raptors start at like $75 - 80 K? No one paying that then wants to take that offroad and on trails where dings and scratches happen no matter how careful you are. Not to mention the mud/dirt/dust on the high end interior.

Well for some reason the people in CA voted for her so apparently a lot of people were in favor of an 89 year old senator.

I think this is it - they need to use games to bring in those who would by a second console for great games. Its playing the long game. You get that second system buy in and hope that over time your games, OS, controller, game pass etc. sway the customer to slowly shift to xbox being at least an equal in the users

Welcome to capitalism - this is the way. It objectively makes almost every business worse from the customer perspective all in the name of shareholder value.

If you have gamepass you get nearly $10 off on EA games when purchasing.

I squeaked by the double rancors - with 7 health vials and liberal use of leveled up time stop to focus on one rancor while leaving the other standing still. I hate the insta-death moves those. So annoying. I think I’ll pass on these stupid frogs

Dont forget though - EVs are heavier than similar sized ICE due to battery weight. Really I feel like they should make a table based on the weight of the vehicle since that is what most determines the road wear.
