Not everything has to be metered. In places where I live, it’s both 2 hours and metered, so there you go. 25 cents for 15 minutes. That’s kind of the limit of sanity. In downtown, Santa Monica, it’s 25 cents for 7 min. That’s robbery.

You guys haven’t read the comments on DailyMail. The majority say “he’s right; she’s wrong” over the percentage. Apparently, she wasn’t enough NA for them.
