Lunch sure has changed. It’s telling when lunchbox manufacturers aren’t accounting for the amount of containers for low-waste lunches many schools prefer. I rarely use plastic baggies for my kids’ lunches, and when it’s field-trip day and we are allowed to, it feels like a kick to the environment.
