That’s 42 white kids who had lower scores than Fisher and still got in. The number of people of color who had lower scores and got in was 5. Yes, her lawsuit hinged on 5 people of color who got in. There was no mention in the lawsuit about those 42 white kids; her beef wasn’t about them for some reason.
