They get off on this “there’s no evidence” bit. It’s how they justify their implicit denials to acts they’ve clearly committed. “If there’s no evidence, then how did it happen?” 

Quick addition: my husband is a navy vet who gets his healthcare from the VA. He said to me the other day that under trump, the VA has been quickly privatizing. He constantly gets referred to non-VA doctors for not-really-unique/fairly-standard care all the time. Yep, the VA is greeaaat under trump. Oy vey!

Exactly. They’re also trying to undermine the reality that false sexual assault allegations are the least made up false reports of crime (only 3-5% are false). In other words, more people report burglaries that didn’t happen than they report rapes that didn’t.
