A MMR vaccine is given in a muscle. The pic above is showing the deltoid muscle. You are supposed to pull back on the plunger to ensure the needle is not in a vein - if you see blood in the syringe like the pic shows, you remove the needle and DO NOT inject there! It’s great as a personal lubricant. It is a semisolid at room temp, so you can keep a container at the bedside and it’s less messy than a liquid lube.

I mix sea salt and coconut oil and use as instead of soap on dry body parts in the shower. Rinse the salt off, towel dry, and the coconut oil leaves a nice soft skin without residual oiliness. My MD also says salt is a good skin disinfectant.

I too hate stevia - it has a weird aftertaste that makes me grimace. I use Splenda in coffee at home, but all the “natural cafes/stores” here ONLY have stevia packets for the coffee. Pisses me off. Life’s too short to eat bad-tasting food IMHO.
