Did they also ask for a time machine back to when people wanted a PSP?

Pretty much. I just don't think these performers are all that picky when offered 12mill for one private show, even if the money comes from dirty oil, dirty diamonds, corrupt dictatorship, etc.

My guess: money.

Core pack: Cleric, Wizard, Sorcerer, Thief, Fighter, bard, ranger

Mostly works well, except my wife ended up with a chest of 4x +1 weapons in our first mission. She loved it, but broke the game for her a bit after. For the rest of us, we've been enjoying the gradual tweaking of our decks.

It's totally worth every dime. It replaced Agricola for me and Agricola is/was one of the greatest games of all time. The box weighs like 7-8 pounds and every single component is top-notch both in terms of gameplay and production quality.

I wanted to like it. I really did. The games just ran way too long for the relative lack of depth.

It was also on the actual list in 2012.

why did they create it, again?

So glad this @#$% ended in the 90s, so that we could see real games come out in the 2000s that were about gameplay, mechanics and strategy rather than gimmicks.

Copyright law claims another victim. How many awesome things will it kill before we call it a serial killer?

Oh god, watching him swing that thing with the metal hooks, makes me cringe. I can't stop watching it, thinking that he'll miss it any second.
