Brilliantly said. I’m so tired of their willful omissions as to how they destroyed and continue to destroy countries/lives all over the globe.

Richard Palmer writes for the Daily Express, a “paper” nearly as bad as the Daily Fail in their anti-Meghan propaganda. While this may be true, I wouldn’t trust Palmer on reporting on his own name much less anything to do with Harry & Meghan.

If it’s true the rest of the royals are pissed about what Harry said(an it is almost certain they are) I have a lot of respect for him. It really seems like Meghan’s mom is the only decent family these two have besides their son.

This is what I was afraid of, and now having seen it confirmed I’ll just pass on this album.

Agreed. Very well written and thought out. I like some gospel music (the soul moving variety...deep down singing...not so much the happy/clap/stomp stuff). Ultra light beam was moving to me; Kelly Price tends to have that affect. This album was missing those types of tracks to me.

“I scrolled past updates on Facebook on his visit to the White House, refused to open links when my friends texted alerting me of the “slavery is a choice” comment, and I stuck my fingers in my ears during his rants until I could turn on TheCollege Dropout.”

What is happening at Deadspin sucks. But if you understand what it is to lose a space that you care for, have contributed to and helped affirmed your interests, how do you come in here (for the first time from a cursory glance at your history) a space dedicated to black people because we are excluded and our interests

Good job. (now cancel Brexit)

That irked me, too. But I stopped watching permanently after the domestic violence joke yesterday. Wow.

You’re so spot on about the sense of duty anchoring Harry. He seems dedicated to this path he’s found for himself within the Firm, and he put in the work as a young lad making peace with his place in the world. I think he’s as much propelled by purpose as by duty—and it doesn’t seem to be a mere obligation to him.
And

They never stopped reporting on Edward after he abdicated. Cameras trailed after him and his wife for the rest of their lives. Hell, they did the same thing to Diana. The Royal Family.  Once you’re in it, you’re in it.

She wasn’t really a celebrity. She was an actress on a USA network show, she wasn’t being featured in celebrity magazines or being featured on red carpet lists. She was just a working actress.

Would that actually make any difference though? The British tabs aren’t going to stop printing bullshit about her just because she is in a different continent. Just like they continued to harass Diana after her divorce.

Look, the man hasn’t even been buried yet, and the literal first comment is of someone speaking shit about a person they don’t know, about a relationship they don’t know, and about a love they haven’t obviously found for themselves.

You are consistently a nasty and bitter person who makes nasty and bitter comments about people you don’t know.

I am worried about that guy’s son. He didn’t agree with his dad but with the other guy. I hope that dad didn’t hurt his son. I have seen too many situations where the kid is punished for being a better person than the parent.

I don’t see how these people are so afraid yet just stand there calling the police.  If you really think you are in danger wouldn’t you TAKE YOUR KID and hide somewhere and call the police?!?!  Go upstairs and look out the window while making your report?  Not confront the person who is such a danger that the cops

Naw. That twinkle of glee in his eyes, and that excited smirk, means the racism took over before reason could. I’m sure he muttered, “Got one!” under his breath as he reached for his phone.

Fabulous comment.  *throws galaxy of stars*

Ugh, gag me. We could tell this was what they were trying to do, and it was trash. Even his explanation is try-hard. The way this writer speaks explains why Nola is so insufferable.
