Well there are two other pictures of the group on their sites. All three (counting the one on here) seem to be taken at the same low “up skirt” angle so there is no way around that if they wanted to feature these cosplayers on Kotaku. One of the other two pictures might of been better?
Someone needs to call Naughty Dog and ask to borrow the Uncharted environment tech. The sand from 3 and the mud from 4 (per the upcoming demo) is pretty remarkable.

Unfortunately that’s still a grey area, even in the UK i heard they are making backups of DVD illegal again or something. Nintendo could argue that the “process” of backing up the rom is illegal so even if you own the cart it doesn’t mean anything.
EXCEPT NO!!!!!! And you people need to get that notion out of your head, NO a Rom is NOT legal just because you own the game...Maybe you need to go and read the licensing agreement at the end of EVERY instruction booklet for EVERY game EVER on ANY system going all the way back to Atari 2600 NO you are not authorized…
Copyright law allows you to make a single back-up copy of physical media for personal use. In the 80’s, sometimes you had to copy a game from a floppy disk onto your computer. This is an acceptable use of copying software. Similarly, creating a back-up for an archived version of the software is also fair use.
