It doesn’t seem like that great a feat. Depending on the size of the portions, using enriched whole wheat noodles would get you half way there. Up the protein in the wheat flour with an isolate and voila, it’s done. Will it taste good? Will it be affordable? I cook a lot and love instant noodles because those two- if

This is bad advice. Bring me flowers.

It’s only a cesspool because selfish people like you can’t understand anything beyond their vacation.

Nope. People are spending time and money to find you a gift, you can take a minute to sit down and express gratitude.

This isn’t really “what newlyweds should know,” it is more directed at people going through divorce. Not trying to be pedantic but it seems click-baity to be so off the mark on the title

I love this series

I don’t understand why someone felt compelled to write this. Why is it OK to mock someone for enjoying themselves the same way thousands of other people at the festival did? I don’t like or care about Biebs but this is just nasty.

A lot of the comments are assuming not wanting to touch raw chicken is because you’re squeemish or prissy. No, I’m immuno-compromised and dealing with salmonella splash on my hands, cutting boards, counter, and sink just to have a meal can be tiresome.

Actually, it’s right there in the chart in the article...

Probably not. You have to actively elect/enroll in these programs and re-certify your income each year.

I think it should also be noted that the minute you get married, or you or your partner gets pregnant, your family size changes and your payments drop by about $50/mo on IBR. This may not seem big, but if you get married and have 3 kids, you’ll pay back $200 less a month based on your family size. Over the term of 20

Discovered through a misplaced document that a white guy in my same position had been paid 30% more than me, even though he was eventually fired for being so aggro and insubordinate. We started with the same pay, and I took over his work when he left with better results. I was told the company couldn’t afford to give

Some people’s minds just don’t work well with rules and regulatory language AND they’re getting bad information when they ask for clarification. It IS complicated.

So either way you have another 10 years (or 15 on your IBR?), except if you stick with your current IBR plan you have the flexibility to work for an employer who may not qualify for PSLF...in which case you’d have a tax bill at the end of it for any forgiveness. That’s rough.

Confirmed with Belgian nationalist spouse that keeping skins on is Not Belgian.

It moved all my loans to a single automatic payment through Great Lakes whereas before they were through 3 different servicers. Also, one of the loans that was ineligible for PAYE program became eligible so for me it definitely was helpful and I should have done it earlier. Now, I just have an automatic payment based

I had some Navient loans before I consolidated, they really were the worst. Great Lakes has been amazing, it may be part of the product but it seems like they actually want you to make informed decisions that are beneficial for your situation while Navient purposely misdirected to paying more interest over time.

Yeah, it’s weird that so many outlets are reporting that “no one has received forgiveness” as a deterrent to people participating in a government relief program they might be eligible for. It’s not true and it’s not helpful, so what’s their point? I also cannot believe that only 650 people have made eligible payments

There was a clause written into the actual terms of the loan? I’ve never heard of that. You’re positive you’re not thinking of other income-based repayment plans available for federal loans on 20 year plans? The payment plans for federal loans CAN change and there is always warning language on every official
