They can do that, since we are a very free society where everything can offend someone somewhere and they can talk about it. They can demand. And we can answer; “So what?”.

Plenty of thing that affect people directly in their life. Like say, sexism or racism preventing someone from finding a job or being treated equaly. That’s worth making a fuss over.
