This is a firm “NO” from me. Cavill’s perfomance “allowed me” to enjoy the rest of the show’s problems. Nearly every Geralt scene gave me something to enjoy.

I think the reason it’s so easy for people to get irritated by stuff like this is because of how petty it sounds when a show gets high fives for it.”

We really don’t, actually. People are generally pretty stupid. Get a whole bunch of them together managing a large, expensive enterprise, and you’ve basically created a machine that cause problems as one of its byproducts. This is why lawyers love ‘big’ clients, they come pre-loaded with a shit ton of billable hours to

They can maybe make the argument of the blue and yellow lettering but much of these accusations are nonsensical if you just applied them to the real world. Because sure, it’s clearly Ikea inspired but are they claiming they own the concept of a wide open furniture store with such distinguishing features as.. a gray

Aaaand wishlist’d.

Another worthless cease and desist. Trademark doesn’t work this way. Ikea is not competing in the videogame space.

That was a great episode as many already have mentioned.

In the TOS era, they are fresh from the wars with the Romulans and Klingons and the Federation is still in it’s expansionist stage. There’s still a frontier and Wild West to explore for ambitious officers like Kirk and Pike. Nearly a century later in the era of Picard, the Galaxy is a much smaller place, there’s less

Commodore Oh should count even if she's a Commodore. But really all of Starfleet Command qualifies as "Bad" (at least in terms of, "at their jobs" and "as people") in Picard S01.

This episode makes a great comparison point to the last act of the Rise of Skywalker, in how it had the ‘big fleet shows up at the last minute to save the day’ moment. In RoS it really does feel like it comes out of nowhere, the fleet of ships feels anonymous and it has no real impact on the viewer. The same mistake

I’ll admit, it’s probably hard to find true help for him. I mean, if he sat down today and was like ‘I gotta sort out my life’, would he know where to start? He’s surrounded by grifters, and fans would just tell him that he’s perfect as he is. I wouldn’t be surprised if his relationship with Kim Kardashian never had

When he can continue to play victim in order to gain more and more fans on the far-right and be seen as their hero? Not likely.

From your grays:

As a four-time mental illness winner, whose life has fallen apart countless times, I can honestly say: who fucking cares?

“this is love speech” - it’s funny not funny how all of Kanye’s issues seem to boil down to just never being able to admit he’s wrong about anything

He’s never going to get the help he needs, is he?

It’s just a typo.

Here’s the thing, watching this, what attracted me to this show was the decision to make Louis black. I wouldn’t have watched this if he were still a slaveowner. What kept me watching was the show actually dealing with the racial dynamics of Louis’s (and now Claudia’s) existence as a black vampire in this time period.

Its all over my social media - particularly Twitter.

It was also a kind-of apology to 5-8 who didn’t get a moment in the 50th they should have. Being an Old Who fan, the moments between Tegan/5 and Ace/7 were especially touching and as much as I’ve criticized Chibnall for his writing, I have to tip my hat for that.
