Yeah … that's not at all what the end of Lost was.

I don't like this trend on hating on Heroes first season retroactively. The first season was good until the end of the last episode. If they'd just had the guts to make Zachary Quinto's character the bomb and to kill off him and Adrian Pasdar's character, then start season 2 with a fresh cast and plot (as originally

The backlash against Crash began way before the Oscars. It hit full swing at the time Ebert called it the best movie of the year, but began when the divide between Internet critics (who hated it) and classic critics (who loved it) became apparent.

Reloaded wasn't a terrible movie when the action was going. Nothing about Revolutions was salvageable.

Cloud Atlas is not terrible (indeed the New Seoul sequence is truly phenomenal), but it's is about as subtle as Crash in exploring it's themes, which is why the backlash began.

A sequel will only be funny if they do it 15 years from now.

Wtf is a Star War, lol

It's better to say nothing than to discuss something as if you're having a discussion with an idiot.

Crash wasn't a terrible movie in terms of its plot. But, my goodness, it was one of the most condescending, self-congratulatory films ever made. It was like a freshman college student on his first spring break complaining about how racist everyone else is now that his eyes are opened.

He was really good in The Town …

I miss the incredibly underrated Bored to Death for that exact reason.

There are legitimate criticisms to be made of Man of Steel. The problem is that posters seem focused on the stupid ones. OMG, Superman killed a guy (forgetting Superman killed Zod et al. in the theatrical end of Superman 2)! OMG, Superman and Zod's fight made have killed civilians (forgetting the fight in Superman

Kids love Batman. Love him. Kids love to buy Batman toys, to buy Batman costumes for Halloween, to buy Batman legos. This movie will make billions (not exaggerating) of dollars regardless of quality. If the quality is good, the rest fo the DC universe will make hundreds of millions of dollars per movie. Studio

They were 2/3 right ….

Trump's acting like a wrestling heel to further his personal brand. The insane thing is how the media is legitimizing him.

It wouldn't matter. People were committed to hating Man of Steel from the beginning and were going to find something dumb to bitch about.

You're right, but I will say the only moment of TDKR I loved is when Scarecrow showed up.

People here tend to forget:

Most Superman fans had decided they would hate the movie as soon as they found out Zach Snyder was directing it. It didn't matter how good or bad the movie was, they were going to hate it for that reason alone.

Only if you consider Americans and Prussians as the same group of people . . .
