Nah, the Rock did this so that he can be a golden globe nominee, and keep his career going after he's too old for action.

That's easy to say, but when you're 21 years old, you've spent your life in poverty, and suddenly models are throwing themselves at you at clubs, your best laid plans go out the window. Investing is something you worry about for your second contract. Or third. Or fourth.
Interestingly, most players go broke, not because they're stupid and partying it up, but because they're trying to do right. They buy houses for their family members, start businesses for their friends, and sink into debt. They also (more often than not) have kids and get hit for child support. Their large cash…
Or high school assistant coach. Seems like it'd be a natural fit, and it's what a lot of these guys do.
Anything remotely controversial would be a welcome change.
I'm glad the fictional fight for equality is progressing steadily.
Cool it Idi Amin.
No "could" about it.
No "could" about it.

He'll have a different type of light saber duel in prison.
I don't know if this show will be any good, but this is the same site that was claiming Silicon Valley (of all things) was too fratty. The writers seem to hate anything that could even a little bit described as masculine.

Millions of people are not shooting up churches, movie theaters, schools, etc., just like millions of people aren't blowing up marathons and crashing planes. Even the most spiteful bigots usually won't do that, partly out of fear of being caught, but mostly because it's a monstrousness most people can't stomach. It…
Yeah, who exactly is denying that this is terrorism? The only debate has been the particular ideology of the shooter, not that this was a terrorist act. Am I missing something, or is this a big straw man?
Terrorism is about ideology. Specifically, trying to enforce an ideology using terror, specifically on civilians. Sandy Hook was, to my understanding, more about the shooter's mental illness and Aurora more about the shooter's thrill seeking than being ideological.
The answer is that they'll never stop, because loons are always going to try to kill people in mass numbers for reasons of mental illness and/or ideology. The question is how best to limit them and to anticipate them, not how we're going to "stop" it.
How bold, condemning a church shooting.
Why do you hate women so much? Feminism can now be defined as supporting women wholeheartedly in their attempt to do everything men have done in an inferior way, then pretending it's great.
