ABL. Always Be Lynching. ALWAYS BE LYNCHING.
ABL. Always Be Lynching. ALWAYS BE LYNCHING.
Tusk was dark comedy through and through. Problem is that Depp was so completely unfunny and clearly given free rein to be unfunny that it killed the movie.
Tusk is a great short horror film (everything with Parks and Long) wrapped into a bad feature length film (everything with Depp, Osment, and Rodriguez). I doubt there was a more surreal scene in cinema in 2014 than Michael Parks dressed as a walrus fighting a mutated Justin Long shouting "YOU WILL FIGHT ME MR. WALRUS…
I love that scene where Marlo disarms the two kids and takes that corner at the end. He's just proving to himself he can take the whole damn city back if he wants to. Kind of like Vic Mackey at the end of The Shield, Marlo just isn't going to stop no matter what, until he's either locked up or killed.
Is it where a white woman or women accuses a black man of rape and everyone believes her, so they hang the black man without trial?
The lynching continues!
Despite almost every possible reason why it could have gone wrong, Rambo was a surprisingly fun action movie, and a franchise that was a massive punchline actually got a pretty great sendoff. I know the answer is $$$$$, but man, they really should have left this alone.
I like that Melissa McCarthy is now "THE" Melissa McCarthy.
Bridesmaids was overrated, but at least sporadically funny. The Heat was completely terrible. This movie will be awful. That is all.
Everybody's forgetting a very important reason Die Hard worked - Alan Rickman. The greatest action movie villain performance ever. Willis wouldn't have been half as fun without Rickman to play off.
It's called Chuck. It was fun if forgettable.
That wouldn't explain why it's not being released VOD.
They can have 'em.
It makes me very, very curious what dirt they have on Sony. They aren't canceling e movie because of terrorism concerns. They're canceling it because they're terrified of some information being released and are using the threat of violence as an excuse.
For movies they are, because people are going to movie theaters less and watching at home.
Matrix Reloaded had its share of problems, but that freeway fight was fantastic.
They've been consistently the best reviews on the site. The reviewers should be proud as hell.
Nick Of Time is absolutely the most underrated. My favorite episode, and one most people haven't heard of.
If people want to be considered journalists, they should be held to journalistic standards.
Is this your passive-aggressive way of non-apologizing for repeatedly saying Wahlberg blibded a guy when he didn't?
I think Social Network can be considered a legitimately great film, at the very least.
