One thing about these PS2 games is that the PS3 isn't exactly emulating a PS2; to put it simply, these games had to be re-compiled AS ps3 games. These games don't even use the virtual memory cards that the PS1/PS2 games use (if you still have a BC console) but rather a new and separate one(Meaning separate from the

Not really, the load times in the PS1 version were coded into the game itself. Unless Square decided to go back through the code and remove it, its still going to be there.

It's the same limitation as seen on the iOS App store.

XBL was down for quite a few people for quite awhile yesterday. Is the fortitude of Live in question now? No?

The sheer fact that this game actually has a few people who made the original Pikmin games makes this an automatic buy for me.

I said better chance, I didn't say pretty sure it would happen. In fact I'm pretty damn sure it won't happen.

I'm not, but I think the Vita, being a new handheld, would have a better chance of getting a solution than a PSP revision.

I'm sure they will both be fine. I'm just amused by all the "Vita is dead now" posts I'm reading across the internet. I guess its only fair for Nintendo fanboys to get their punch in after the past few months of 3DS gloom.

So is the Vita now DOA?

The only one I can think of is Persona 4, but even that is getting a pretty good amount of new stuff added to it.

I'm not interested for the sole reason that, after looking on the game's official site, it says "Price / usage fee: TBD" which tells me the game will probably have a subscription fee.

Amazon says hi.

Makes me wonder why Gamestop didn't bother doing the same with the PS3 version of Portal 2.

Okay; just need to confirm a Netflix app for this and I'll set for all my non-gaming needs with the Vita.

I think they own around 20, give or take a few.

Probably because it costs money to have things translated and distributed across vast places like the US and EU jsut for a relatively small market of people, a market that probably won't be big enough to cover the costs.

Is there a reason for why she has a Geass in her left eye ._.?

It is rather hilarious. The places I've been reading just make it seems that the early adopters complaining about the loophole are self-entitled elitist jerks and that these games are only for them.

I think its pretty much guaranteed that the game will hit overseas. Whether it is released as a physical UMD, a digital download, a HD Remaster, a Vita launch title, or whatever I don't know. But for Square to spend a significant amount of time and money to create this game, especially a game for their most well known

@thatdude8: Yeah its possible, the first thing I did after changing my PW was change the email associated with it.
