I do have to wonder, why do people post terrible pictures of their friends on facebook.? If I take a picture of a friend and they look like crap in it, I won't post it. As a matter of fact, I will probably erase it. And yet I see pics of people with their shirts riding up, face all screwed up, heads cut off. Why?

It's the law in many states - maybe not federally but certainly in WV. I worked in the child welfare system as an advocate for battered women. You may get them back but they snatch them right out of the hospital.

They won't get to keep that child. CPS automatically takes your child if you've lost custody of previous children.
