I want to love this car so bad but I just can un-see this:

haha! dougdemuro at yahoo if you want to meet up!! I might be around, who knows.

hahaha. For sure. That was a memorable moment. I can’t believe she sad that without being prompted. Like, ma’am, you have no idea, but you just summed up an entire car website’s feelings about me.

Doug I am going to try to buy advertising directly on oversteer and sneak in a fake ad once in a while targeted at you. Also I will be in philly for a wedding, so if you want to come to the please touch museum to see what a wedding there is like let me know.

My favorite quote from the video “Wait, is there something wrong with the car or you?” I am sure that is not the first time nor the last time Doug has/will hear that.

A GT350R is probably a lot cheaper than litigation, even if they guy lost. It turns a bad time for everybody into a crazy photo, a wild story, and a happy ending for basically everyone (guy gets a nicer car, Ford stands by their customer/product, etc.)

At least he gets a GT350R from the ordeal. I guess Ford cares about keeping customers like this loyal despite his mods. Guess it’s easier and cheaper to appease him than cross him and his attorneys.

Ford bought the car back? It might have been worth it just for this pick.

2016 GT350 is being replaced with a 2017 GT350R

I am amazed that Ford bought back the car, as it was clearly being operated outside of any warranty obligation.

Amen.

However, VW engineering manager Hans Arschloch told Austria’s Motorung that cheat mode was an accidental—if fortuitous—discovery made while testing out the TDI’s twin-clutch (DSG) front-wheel-drive system. Arschloch explained:

except it would have the engine sticking tru the bonnet as stated in the article, they needed that bodylift for space

I love the concept, HATE the gaudy graphics and wheels.

I look forward to Nyan-GT.

Plenty of guys on the Ford GT Forum are just normal guys, that have 05-06 models and got chosen.

Do you think this is built on the Mustang line? It’s Ford’s first ever carbon tub mid-engine production car built with an actual racing engine. In no world would this be a high volume car.

On the other hand, the acceptance letter is the happiest thing in the world! Here’s one courtesy of @deadmau5:

Just wait a few years until it depreciates, then buy it
