If Trump wins this election, he’s so petty I can see him directing federal highway money only to those states that he wins. Or at the very least, excluding Cali, Illinois, and NY from any money. Going to establish the haves and have-nots in order to own the libs....it will be uuuuuuuugly.

Actually there were shit, but they were priced like something nice.

Well that headline isn’t misleading at all... /S

Here’s the wild thing... they’re motorized and unique so I highly doubt that they’re cheaper...

I also don’t love how the second-row windows don’t retract into the door. Instead, they’re little square cut-outs that slide inwards.”

This is such a letdown. I was planning on putting a deposit on one of these once they were released - my wife is up for a new car, she specifically wants an EV, she likes minivans, loves the styling of this, and she owns an arts + crafts store which would look great with this parked out front with a two-tone scheme in

We were t-boned last year by a guy not paying attention while driving slowly through a parking lot. The guy insisted that I was driving too fast and jumped in front of him. He even said he had a car full of people to support his statement. We had a dashcam. Downloaded the video to my phone, clearly showing how we were

My wife was waiting for gas at Costco when the car in front of her rolled back and there was contact. Older man gets out and immediately pointed the finger at my wife, in which point my wife points her finger at her windshield to let him know the whole thing was recorded. The guy backtracked faster than Lebron on a

Especially when you consider that every new car has at least a rear facing camera, and many also have a front facing camera now (or even 360 camera views). Those cameras could pretty easily be set up to record footage while driving, acting as a dash camera.

This is an exact replica of the events that happened to my friend - the four people with the disappearing 4th into a waiting car, the mysterious window covering on the rear window of the offending car, and the demand for insurance. All the while, she was still traumatized and bewildered as to what had just happened to

Don’t install a dash cam. Install 2, front and rear. Single front cam is not enough anymore. I have dual dash cams on both of my cars, worth every penny. That’s how I caught a valet hitting my car against a column in a garage. Fucker tried to hide the fact. Once I told them I have 2 dash cams recording non-stop, they

Victim was foolish and reported it as an accident... it wasn’t, it was ASSAULT. She should have said what actually happened “Someone intentionally rammed my vehicle with theirs in the middle of the road.”

No way I’m trading insurance after seeing those reverse lights and Civic ass jump up. My call to the cops is that they purposedly smashed into me and I have evidence.

With all the additional tech bloat that modern cars come with as standard or options these days, it baffles me that dashcams never became a standard feature of all cars. I can’t really think of a reason why anyone wouldn’t want one unless they are up to nefarious acts and feel that a camera may track them or something

A key difference being that my dashcam does not mysteriously turn itself off before I go all Leroy Jenkins on someone.

There is no way I am giving these people my insurance information.  I am not even getting out of the car.  I don’t call the cops and report an accident, I call the cops and report an assault.  I will wait all day.

Normally I’m not about escalating issues to police if it get’s handled, but I would be so heated, I would have called them and be hoping something bad happened when they showed up, but that’s just my knee jerk reaction.

I put a dashcam in my car several years ago specifically because of seeing a video like this one. I even purposely bought one that is relatively easy to notice in the window. I don’t think it’s my imagination that I can tell people drive a little more carefully around me in traffic when I have the camera mounted

Seeing the guy finally clock the dashcam and his face...

I drive an EV as my primary car, but my wife has an ICE car so if I need longer range, we can just switch. Therefore, I don’t need a big range in my car. I would just disagree with the “most” comment above, as in there are many different needs and situations that you can’t put people in just one box, (or even 2 or 3).
