Well I mean there are anime that don’t have that premise...though they are limited in number sure such as Utawarerumono

This Fall season is pretty disappointing show wise (unless you like magical school harems then it’s great) but at least Utawarerumono seems like it’ll be great (and 26 episodes meaning no rushed plot) and Noragami probably won’t disappoint. I may give Comet Lucifer a few episodes to see how it handles the plot since

Things like this more mean ‘what anime is the most popular amongst a small sample of people of a sample of people that read x magazine/visit x site’ like most polls for anything. It’s about as meaningful as Kotaku doing it’s own poll. Hell I’d say a Kotaku poll would end up being more meaningful due to a larger sample

Well hopefully next year no injuries will mean we can see what the Cavs can do.

Nah I like what Square’s done the past few years especially with how they recovered FF14.

It’s amusing imagining what’s going on at many of these companies. ‘Hey the current fad/craze is to make characters defined by their gender and race so why not increase our sales by randomly changing characters we made years ago’.

The Summer season is kinda iffy like every Summer and Winter season but at least a few anime seem interesting to me (though none of them are on this list such as God Eater).

We had someone like this who’d always buy chicken and then want to return it saying it was ‘bad’ after they ate most of it. Over and over they’d be given ‘double their money back’ as per company policy but a couple weeks ago the manager got tired of it and confronted them (mentioning how we see them do this every

The full version of the Knights of Sidonia OP really makes you think of it being the national anthem of Sidonia (well even the op to a point).

Read the manga or watch the anime (which is a perfect adaptation of the manga unlike the movie) to see things done more logically. Movies get hurt bad the fact that they are trying to shove too much material into too small a timeframe. The anime for example ended up being 12 hours long by the end compared to the

WoD was just a mess development wise and in a perfect world this would lead to some shakeup internally to make them fix the problems that ex employee’s have constantly mentioned for years. Instead nothing will probably happen unless the Q2 results are really dire (and given 6.2’s lack of content I can see that

Because that’s exactly what most those people are.

I think it helps when a company answers to itself as well. Such as how SquareEnix doesn’t have to answer to any higher power while a company like Blizzard (whether they like to openly admit it or not) has to answer to Activision Blizzard.

Eh I’ll admit that I’m ok with that. I don’t necessarily need new I just want a good game. My problems with Warlords of Draenor, for example, weren’t that it didn’t add anything original my problem was that it wasn’t good.

I honestly don’t find DPS queues to be that bad at 50.

At this point I almost want to hope they have something coming in the expansion and they are just trying not to say something so that the sellers don’t have 2 months to prepare.

Yea it’s great to see a game that can actually salvage itself and even better is that it is a game that has finally given some decent competition for Blizzard.

The game is basically tutorial mode for the first 40ish levels and after that things like your rotations start to really fill out (though not fully until 50). Story wise it starts picking up at level 40 but the main stuff is at 50.

I tend to have certain...issues with the way many Gawker sites do articles but I'll admit this one was well done.
