Well doesn't help that people have been constantly told that they need to eat meat over the past 100 years. Even if it completely ignores that meat was not a large part of the human diet until the way we raise farm animals now as it was rarer and far more expensive requiring us to get the protein from other sources.

The game is definitely better than the original release and it definitely feels like a Final Fantasy now. The games not perfect but it does enough right for me still.
