Stanley's spectating is often hilarious, and especially here; he was so tickled by Pam's freaking out…his grinning head in the background lower right corner of the frame, dutifully gazing at his crossword.
Not to mention Toby's immediate dismissal. Always funny, but even sadder for Toby (which equals funnier) coming from Jim.
