Nice to see Film Theorists don’t know what syndication is or how it works.

The Apple Music Awards have as much value as the Oscars, Grammy’s, and Emmy’s combined, which is to say “none.” At least this one can be used as a coaster though.

I mean, sounds pretty similar to the “food fight” format we see on CNN, but with people that appeal to a 15-25 demo and they’re promoting brands more than agendas. Also 11 guests who all love attention and wanting to promote their brands simultaneously just seems like overload.

So I think the biggest appeal of these moves is that the guaranteed salary means you can pace yourself and and not worry about stuff like Ninja losing 40k subscribers b/c he took a weekend off.

Yeah. There was a salty question that dealt with this exact condition. Maybe a more enterprising individual could link to it.

November 2011: Saints Row the Third, LA Noire (mixed legacy though it be), Skyrim, Minecraft, Skyward Sword, Uncharted 3.

Not mentioned in the video: a single Oscar winner for best picture.

it’s not very healthy since you get discounted gym access

Has anyone told Bob that even if he is tipping twice, he’s not tipping more?

I’m late to the party, but I wanted to add one thing. For the sake of argument, let’s say this *IS* his career. You can be kicked out of plenty of careers (either officially or practically). You can lose your law/medical/broker license. You can commit a crime and no longer be allowed to teach young children. You can

The first and only time I’ve heard of it was on an episode of Guy’s Grocery Games.

On the radio I heard that while Uber aspires to be in the black by 2021, Lyft’s current outlook looks way more auspicious to not only aspire to that mark, but that they will actually hit it. I just don’t know why there is such a big profitability gap between the two. Too much investment in self-driving cars? Too much

That would be a matter for local health departments. Chris is correct. This is about branding/trademark protection.

1. Make a Portillo’s chocolate cake
2. Decorate it all fancy
3. Go home a champion

I loved the Noozles so much, and it was strangely dark and plot driven for a children’s show.

No mention of when Alice said she was working on her “chocolate starfish” and they immediately cut to a slightly grossed out Rosie?

I don’t know about these frozen meals, but J-Lo and A-Rod also just donated a year’s worth of food to a Tennessee elementary school, so good for them.

Once again, we have a Signature Bake that would have made for an exceptional Technical Challenge, but apparently it’s not obscure or ridiculous enough.

You’re telling me “Woj in the House” is not a family friendly sitcom on ABC’s TGIF, and I simply don’t believe you.

My take is that Luis is suggesting mid-sized venues. So in DC a place to consider would be St. Elizabeths Arena (where the Mystics play) that holds  about 4,000 as opposed to Capital One Arena (where the Wizards/Caps play) that holds about 20,000. Save venues like the latter for PPVs.
