Thank you! I don’t know why it’s not standard to use the Ukrainian spelling for Ukrainian places. Most media already use Ukrainian names for Ukrainian people, i.e., Volodymyr rather than Vladimir. They have been their own country for over 25 years. And don’t get me started on “the” Ukraine.

Same here. I love that stuff. Have you ever tried the reserve? It comes in a bigger bottle. it’s pricey (~$25) but you can’t drink a whole lot in one sitting. 

I used to bake Russian Kulich for Easter in old Ghiardelli Hot Chocolate Cans.They were about double the size of coffee cans. Sadly, they rusted and most large enough coffee cans do not exist anymore, so now I have to wing it with regular cooking pots. I appreciated how the rings gave me a cutting guide.
