That’s GOLDEN Gophers!

Susie is the reason to watch the 2nd season. Agree that Midge and her parents’ stories were not that compelling.

It has probably been a good 15 years since I read that book, but I always remember that line, too! (Also think of it in crowded areas.)

When I was a teenager going to a concert in The “city” - LOL it was New Haven - my aunt told me to take a hat pin with me. This was in the 1980s.

I’m sure my friends and I can’t be the only ones who when Donna lost her virginity started chanting “Donna Martin fornicates!”

Nice! I’m surprised Kelly forgot the recent PBS version. It starred Uma Thurman’s daughter as Jo, so it’s kinda funny Uma is in this one.

Yes. It was soooo good! Unfortunately, I followed it with fried cheese curds shortly thereafter. That was not a good choice!

Deep fried apple pie at the MN State Fair with cinnamon ice cream - to die for!

There is nothing good about doing burpees, aka my nemesis.

Great idea - similar to how they wrap the interiors of the Grand Central-Times Square Shuttle subway cars in NY. The one promoting Outlander’s second season made it look like the dining room in an interior of an old castle. They even wrapped the seats to look upholstered.

My husband and I went to a Tilted Kilt not knowing what it was. We liked the name and love Scotland, so we figured we tried it. Yikes! My husband said he has never felt so uncomfortable in his life. The food was good, though - especially the fries. I gave our server a big tip, because she was so nice and surely had to

Perfection! If I was standing in that line with you, I would have had a hard time not to burst out laughing at that.

Do you have something against punctuation, too?

Starred for that reference. That was the first Dominick Dunne book I ever read and I loved it.

She can always rely on her bakery in NYC for some extra cash. (Seriously, it’s really good. I have bought treats for my co-workers there a few times.)

Bonzo Goes to Bitburg!

I am in awe of his confidence and composure. I couldn’t be that good now, let alone at 11 years old.

I hadn’t heard about this so I looked it up. Good on her!

You remind me of Ed Conlon (Author of Blue Blood.) Agree with the others you could write a column like he did.

That is simply brilliant!
