You’re right but it’s an interesting case if he was indeed parked in his loved one’s driveway. Encroaching on private space by government entities can often be a slippery slope. While we’re not there yet, it could be a precedent for other invasions of privacy and personal space:

While we empathize with victims of crime, the entire story was fugazi and it’s okay for people to question it. The facts are that a rather large insurance policy was taken out on the now “missing” jewelry at a time when it’s common knowledge that the Wests are having financial difficulty. Then (allegedly) they left…
