Dear lord I love this movie. I used to watch it in it's entirety, rewind the videotape and watch it again. There is so much stuff in the movie that I never understood, I used my kid logic and held on to that for decades. For instance I thought that Santa was a part time umpire. For years!

Maybe I need to re-watch it, but it was my understanding that Dassey was the biggest piece of evidence that connected Avery to the crime and now that Dasseys conviction was overturned it appears even less likely Avery killed anyone.
