I’m not American, but I think the fact that Hillary was a member of government (senator?) when she did that - not to mention the fact that she was a high-profile, former first lady - means that it’s common knowledge that she did that. Whereas the Trump/Playboy thing is new, potentially scandalous information.

Yeah, unless he blatantly lied, on the “The Latino List” documentary on Netflix, he says that some kid at school gave him the nickname (or at least compared him to a pitbull) because he held his own against others and he was a fighter. And then he found out they were banned in Miami and was like “cool, I’m the only

Yes!! As it would happen, I actually watched a couple of videos last night from a vegan on Youtube, who did a masters studying the Holocaust and is completing her PhD in the same topic. She made a video a while ago saying, “hey, other vegans, don’t compare meat/dairy to the Holocaust” and articulated why. She

I’m so, so embarrassed that I said something like “Vegan Cheetah’s not that bad” ages ago... He went on to prove himself so reprehensible in terms of sexism/racism/homophobia/transphobia/general idiocy and hatred. Did I agree with his channel being taken down for copyright violations? No. It did not seem like he did

I love the vegan youtube drama (and never want to stop discussing it), but I think the way factory animals are treated and exploited is a really important topic that we should be discussing. I’m not even vegan (just vegetarian), but I try to make vegan choices where possible because I realise that industries like

Can we please, please make the replies to this comment a forum to discuss the vegan youtube drama!? XD

I think this is partly true (largely true), but I think the fact that the most vocal vegans are the really obnoxious ones. I suspect they’re the minority, but they are so loud that people associate them with veganism & overestimate their prevalence.

I actually have a lot of admiration for veganism in general, but there is a really horrifying tendency for some of the very vocal/militant vegans (they are probably the minority of all vegans, but they are very, very loud) to compare animal products to rape/slavery (specifically, black slaves in the US)/the

See, that’s cute story all round :)

🎶 It’s super fun

I’m not going to lie, I don’t remember who that is... But, to be fair, the only people I vividly remember are Dave and Charla because I disliked them. I’m so going to go and look up the cast now/re-watch at least part of it on youtube (!) to remember who he was.

I’M ON IT!! I should be done in a day or two. I’m glad I’ll be able share my emotional journey with someone, even though I’m a year late haha.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think that’s a common (or, at least, not uncommon) substitution. I’ve definitely heard of “cherish” as a replacement for “obey” before.

OH MY GOD!!!!!!! Imagine the love heart eyes emoji, with the love heart eyes enlarging until they explode, only to reveal hundreds of more love heart eyes emoji... THAT’S ME!! (Me after reading your response).

With respect to head hair, I would be distraught about losing it (and my hair isn’t even particularly nice or lush), but, I think the final “hair gone” outcome would be less acutely traumatic than the actual experience of losing it/experiencing it fall out in chunks.

I’m sorry <3 I’ve lost close loved ones “before their time” and I’ve known people who’ve lost their battles with cancer, but I’ve never had someone close to me die from cancer (or any other degenerative disease). I can’t imagine what it’s like, but I suspect very sad and unpleasant.

I’m so sorry for your loss (and that you had to deal with it at such a young age). <3

I’m feeling very Leslie Knope right now 😍

Yes!!!! I feel like the resort setting could only enhance the brilliance of the show (Paradise Hotel was also set in a resort and that was amazing that I’m still referencing it 13 years later).
