It’s not that different here in NYC, but I would say looks probably take first over money.

Speaking as a 30 year old man, I find it hard to relate to/be around/find myself romantically interested in anyone just a few years younger than me (also I’m a crumudgeon who is difficult to get along with). This is a weird thing to comment on, but I always loved how Borders smelled. Maybe I just lived in an area that smelled nice, or maybe the people who frequent book stores smell nice, but it always smelled really nice in there.
